By accessing or using OnlyCOA, you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional policies referenced by them.
Acceptance of terms
These Terms form an agreement between you and OnlyCOA regarding your use of the platform.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the marketplace or place an order through OnlyCOA.
Marketplace role
OnlyCOA provides marketplace technology, supplier discovery tools, product listings and access to available analytical documentation.
Products may be offered and fulfilled by independent marketplace suppliers. Supplier profiles, products, pricing, shipping practices and fulfilment information may therefore vary between suppliers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, marketplace suppliers are independent businesses and are not employees, agents or representatives of OnlyCOA.
Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use transactional features of the marketplace.
You are responsible for ensuring that your access to the platform and any transaction you undertake complies with applicable laws and regulations.
Product listings
Product listings may include supplier-provided descriptions, pricing, strength, format, batch information, images, analytical records and other marketplace information.
We aim to present marketplace information accurately, but listings may be updated, corrected or changed without prior notice.
Availability, pricing and supplier information may differ between listings and may change over time.
Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily guarantee acceptance. Orders may be reviewed, declined or cancelled where reasonably necessary.
Reasons may include product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions or other operational considerations.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted with an order is accurate and complete.
Pricing and payments
Prices displayed on OnlyCOA are generally shown in the currency indicated on the relevant page or checkout.
Applicable shipping charges, transaction costs or other charges may be shown before an order is completed.
Payments may be processed through third-party providers. By submitting payment information, you authorise the applicable provider to process the transaction in accordance with its terms.
Shipping and fulfilment
Shipping options, delivery estimates, carriers and free shipping thresholds may vary by supplier, destination and order value.
Delivery estimates are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, destination restrictions, weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside reasonable control.
Tracking information will be displayed or provided when available from the relevant supplier or carrier.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation, replacement and refund eligibility may depend on the order status, supplier policies, payment method and circumstances of the transaction.
Once an order has entered fulfilment or has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If you believe there is a problem with an order, contact support promptly and provide the relevant order number, supplier and supporting information.
COA and analytical records
OnlyCOA may display certificate-of-analysis information, analytical reports, task numbers, batch information, laboratory links and related documentation provided by or associated with marketplace suppliers.
Analytical records relate to the specific information and samples identified in the underlying documentation. A report should not automatically be assumed to apply to another batch, supplier, product or future production run.
Where an external verification link or task number is available, users should review that source directly before relying on the marketplace summary.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse OnlyCOA or interfere with the operation, security or integrity of the platform.
Prohibited activities include:
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to platform systems.
- Introducing malicious code or automated abuse.
- Scraping or copying platform content in a manner that violates applicable rights or restrictions.
- Submitting false, misleading or fraudulent information.
- Impersonating another person, business or supplier.
- Using the platform in violation of applicable law.
Intellectual property
The OnlyCOA name, branding, interface, original platform design and other proprietary materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Supplier names, logos, product images, reports and other third-party materials may remain the property of their respective owners.
Third-party services
OnlyCOA may link to or integrate with third-party websites, laboratories, payment providers, shipping providers, suppliers and other services.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. OnlyCOA is not responsible for the independent practices, availability or content of those services except as required by applicable law.
Disclaimers
The marketplace and its content are provided on an "as available" basis. While we aim to maintain accurate, reliable and useful marketplace information, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every listing, supplier record or third-party document will always be complete, current or error-free.
Supplier-provided information remains subject to the underlying supplier's representations and documentation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OnlyCOA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the marketplace.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the marketplace, violation of these Terms or infringement of the rights of another person.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend or terminate access to platform features where reasonably necessary to protect users, suppliers, transactions, platform security or legal compliance.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination may continue to apply after access ends.
Changes to these Terms
OnlyCOA may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to marketplace functionality, suppliers, payment processes, applicable requirements or platform practices.
Updated Terms become effective when published or on the effective date otherwise stated.
